1. We guarantee all products sold are brand new and come with warranty from local manufaturer. Therefore, we DO NOT accept any return from customer UNLESS there is manufacture fault upon open box.
2. The warranty covers DOA (Dead on Arrival) and general manufacturing defects. It does not cover any form of physical damage to the device unintentional or otherwise.
3. You may return your order or items for any of the following reasons:
i) You received a damaged item from the courier
ii) You have proof of purchase (order number/delivery note).
iii) The goods must be in an 'as new' condition and return in the ORIGINAL, undamaged packaging along with the accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and free gifts received with it.
iv) The product must not have been used or installed or had any data inputted.
v) All sealed items must not be opened. In case you have opened the seal, please refer for assistance to the relevant service center indicated on the warranty information.
4. Kindly notify us for damage or defective within 24 hours from the moment you receive the good. Failure to do so will be treated at your own risk. We will not be liable for any claims after the period.
5. All courier charges for sending and returning product for exchange or warranty purposes from customer will be borne by customer.
6. One to one exchange only applicable for total loss damage. Other than that, item will be repaired by its' respective Manufacturer.
7. Any returned product that is damaged through customer misuse or is missing parts due to customer tampering will not be accepted.
For customer who require making the return, please make sure you follow the procedures below to ease our process and expedites your replacement/refund:
(1) Notify us through e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3days.
(2) Specify the following details in your e-mail:
Date and time you received the products
Brand and model number:
Prefer replacement or refund:
Reason for the Replacement or Refund:
(3) Obtain a "Return Authorization" from HLK Superstore Sdn Bhd via e-mail (please note that no return will be accepted without a Return Authorization from HLK Superstore Sdn Bhd).
(4) Write the Authorization Reference Number on your return-shipping label.
(5) The returned product must be in NEW and UNUSED condition, with all ORIGINAL PACKAGING and in Sealed Box.
(6) The return MUST be sent to:
